Who we are
Parenting with a Positive Mindset LLC is a virtual parent coaching and education support practice serving families nationwide. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We keep it short and honest, the same way we work with families.
What we collect
When you book a session, request a digital guide, join our mailing list, or send us a message, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, your child's first name and age, and any details you choose to share about your family's situation. Our website also collects basic, anonymised usage data, such as pages visited and device type, to help us understand how the site is used.
How we use your information
We use your details to schedule and deliver sessions, respond to enquiries, send the resources you've asked for, and, if you've opted in, share occasional parenting tips and updates. We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Information about your child
Anything you share about your child stays between you and your provider. We only ask for what we need to support your family, and we never ask children to submit information through this website. If you share school documents, evaluations, or an IEP with us, we use them solely to prepare for your sessions and we delete or return them on request.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses a small number of cookies to keep things working and to measure visits through privacy-friendly analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time. The site will still work just fine.
Sessions, guides & payments
Sessions take place over secure video call, and we don't record them unless you ask us to and agree in writing. Payments for sessions and digital guides are handled by our payment partner. Your card details are processed securely by them and never touch our servers, and their own privacy policy applies at checkout.
